Rio Grande City Honors Leticia Guerra for 28 Years of Service to Public Library


The Rio Grande City Public Library hosted a retirement celebration last week to honor Ms. Leticia Guerra for her 28 years of dedicated service to the community.


City officials recognized Guerra’s years of commitment, highlighting her role in shaping the library into a vital resource for local residents.


"Ms. Guerra’s passion for literacy and education has left an indelible mark on our city," Mayor Gilberto Falcon said. "Her dedication and hard work have helped make our library a welcoming and enriching place for all. We are truly grateful for her service and wish her the very best in retirement."
