Rio Grande City Police Accepting Applications for Upcoming Police Academy
The Rio Grande City Police Department is encouraging individuals interested in law enforcement careers to apply for the Lower Rio Grande Valley Regional Police Academy. Applicants must complete the Basic Peace Officer Course application, submit required documentation and pass the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement licensing exam to begin training toward becoming a certified peace officer.
