Rio Grande City International Business Ambassador, Ruben Islas, attended the official inauguration of the Miguel Alemán Fair and Reynas de Miguel Alemán expo on Friday, October 6.

Miguel Alemán is a city located in the northeastern part of the Mexican state of Tamaulipas. It is the municipal seat of the Miguel Alemán Municipality. The city is situated on the banks of the Rio Grande, which forms the border between Mexico and the United States.
