Rio Grande City Police Department Supports Regional Special Olympics

The Rio Grande City Police Department recently had the honor of participating in the Regional Special Olympics spring games hosted by Roma Independent School District's (ISD) Special Education Department.


The event, held at Roma ISD's facilities, brought together athletes from across the region to compete in various sports and showcase their talents. The Special Olympics is a global movement dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports training and competition.
